Most of the time we will do the best we can to cancel
your order. If the order has not started in the printing or hotstamp
process we can cancel your order and just charge you for any design
time and labor that was incurred in the process.
However, we strongly recommend that you review your
proof carefully before giving the OK to produce the product. It
is very costly, and maybe impossible, to stop an order after your
proof approval.
